I tried to use my other desktop computer

I tried to use the my other desktop computer to make calls on Bob RTC and all that happens after I click on the phone icon is an immediate “hang up” by the tool. I did this multiple times with the same result. Has anyone else had this problem? Looking for some suggestions on a potential fix. The OS is Windows 10 64 bit. Thanks

@MarlboroMan2710#108472 There are a multitude of things that can cause this, firstly though. Do you have an audio input device plugged in and enabled, such as a microphone? And secondly, which browser are you using, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are both incompatible, we recommend using FireFox, Google Chrome or Opera.
