how do you all complain to godaddy or cloudflare to take down these sites ? is it just a easy task or do they need some kind of proof to shut down these scam websites

I gave them a call and tried to scambait them using Kubuntu and when I got him connected to my VM, he said “You got nothing else to do? I will track you down you motherf****er” It was a delightful first attempt
