@Draco#183474 My theory is that a combination of public education and scambaiter calls is hurting the scammer profit margin. Scammer call centers have to hire more people and put them in chairs, to bring in a profit. At a certain point, the scammer call center owners will have to deficit-spend to keep their operations going. If they borrow from organized crime and they cannot pay back, I think the owners will be given cement shoes.
