However phone numbers, Email Addresses and IPs are not personal, they’re public as they’re known or easy to guess by anyone who wishes to guess them, Each IP or Phone Number is guessable without any issue.
My US House is able to be requested with Government or 3rd party support. You could use the freedom of information act to find my records within the US, However within Russia that’s a different story.
You have a website or a reseller portal, and that doesn’t matter as it can be faked really easily. Anyone can clone a website or edit one than simply crop the screenshot and the phone number listed is available publicly so it’s not like your so called competition (You know the one you’re asking to be harassed/DDoSed) isn’t able to find this site or any other site which can get data on your site/company.
