  2. you know actually annoying them by talking to them is more useful, right?

I don’t know anything that will work on Windows (or any other OS), but attached is what I use to make calls. It has proven quite effective. I call it The Callper

Sorry, but you are completely wrong in your assumption that the more blasting operations that are out there the better it is for everyone. There is a common misguided conception regarding the effectiveness of call flooding, and you are clearly misguided.
