I have a scammer's IP address

I’ve been texting with a scammer for several days now who contacted me, telling me I won $3000000 and need to send an advance fee of $15000. I got him to click on a grabify link and now I have his IP address, he’s in Lagos Nigeria. is there anything I or anyone else can do to fuck with this guy? @DaleIntimidator3#117883 Normally once you have their IP, you could attempt further research via the grabify info, or try contact his ISP and report him via there.

There’s very little one can do with just an IP for someone in Lagos. Most of their scams are run in internet cafes off of smart phones independently. I’ve done similar (maybe a bit more) but they get suspicious very fast. I’m still thinking of ways to annoy them but being that it’s usually all text or email that they correspond in.
