I got in to their computer, took some screenshots

Hi,

I have received a phone call today about my tech support maintenance subscription. They were saying that they will refund part of my subscription since I overpaid them.

To make a long story short, she asked me to download, install and run Team Viewer.

After saying that I do not feel comfortable giving her my ID and Password, we decided that I will go into her computer and I will click Switch Sides in Team Viewer.

Going in to her computer, I right away went to the Team Viewer options and selected Show Black Screen and Ignore Remote Inputs.

Now I got some time to play around on her computer.

I had to remain talking to her and answering her questions so it should not look suspicious, I was just telling her all the time that I have clicked on Switch Sides but I don't see anything...

Playing around on her computer, I first checked "what is my IP", which gave me an IP in Mumbai.
The computer was an inactivated copy of Windows 10. Not sure if a VM or Physical.
She called me via Skype, which was open on her screen.
I looked through the logs of Skype while asking her what the weather in Mumbai is like, taking screenshots of the recent called numbers.

Until I got disconnected.....

I thought she might of realized that I was not so innocent, and that is why she disconnected me, but, 5 minutes later I receive another phone call, this time a male, saying that he is that manger of that department and I should go in to team viewer, this time using a different ID.
Same here, I went to show black screen in the Team Viewer settings, but over here an additional installation was required, and the installation could only be done after a restart. I initiated a restart and got hung up at and disconnected from.

End of story ---

I really want to report that to authorities, first that they should be able to warn those people that were called by the scammers, and secondly, perhaps they will be able to get a step closer to remove this particular group.

Where do I report it?
