Just to make sure you are aware, X-lite is just a soft phone, it is not it’s own service. You need to enter the details for an account present on either your own server, or one you’re paying another company for.

I use SpoofCard app. from apple store. You can put any number you want, change your voice, pick different background noises and record the call. A little $$$ but well worth it.
