It was a recorded message saying I need to contact them right now or they will get a warrant for my arrest. I couldn’t stop laughing. I wish it had been a real person on the phone so they could have heard me laughing at their stupidity. The phone number was 1-365-228-3270.

FYI: For CRA scams typically the Indian scammer tells the victim to deposit the funds in a BITCOIN/Crypto-Currency kiosk.
This MO is not yet common when they scam and pose IRS (USA) officers.
Big scam call centers have these operations going on in the same call center in different sections:
