It’s one of my favorite apps! It’s for Android (I’m not sure about Apple) but it’s a free app too! It’s called “infinite call”
You just put the number in, you can set how many times you want your phone to call between 1-9999 times. You can pick how long it stays connected, and it will just keep redialing the number. It really, really annoys them! Lol
Damn Apple doesn’t have it. What about Windows?
