degerler.net appears to be some kind of educational website, not sure if this is just to make the domain owner seem legitimate, or if they somehow got access to a domain that isn’t theirs. I’ve reported this to google safe browsing and their domain registrar (isimtescil, Turkish).

Ive reported to the webhosting provider couple month ago. They still have not replied back. Thanks if you have reported google safe browsing. If that domain is compromised like you mentioned… I have also forward this details and will be get in contact with the National Turk CISRT as ive noticed that domain owner is Turkish. Hopefully someone will get in contact and resolve the issue.
