Had to leave and just now got back to this. I believe this is a pay-per-click type website as popcats.net is owned by Gadsbee.com and used for serving ads.

I think they just removed the popup ad page, but the website is still active. Most likely they will use it again.

This is Quite Common, Its Supposed To Be a Ad Redirect like yuotube.com use to be, to make Some “Quick Cash”, Nothing Major, Except If The Scammer Knows What to do with a ip address lmao. Most Likely Not But Best Of Luck On Catching That Scammer. Try Visiting Third Party Redirect Links for Some Tsex Support Hotline.
