Additional information about this scam: Found online after searching “HP problems” and I called it with no assumptions. I genuinely wanted to inquire about the laptop on their website and I wanted to ask how they complete purchases.
First off, they claimed to be “HP” and then when I asked my question about a purchase this happened:

They want to use support.me and supremo to remote connect and can only help you if you RAT. Additionally, I was asked to “pay 500 dollars” before they help me fix the printer.
When confronted, they hang up.
