Clicking on the “Click Here For Printer Support” button on https://123hpsolution.com/ redirects users to a fake HP support lookalike page (123.hp.com - Printer setup from the HP® Official site). Entering any printer-related info leads to another page (123.hp.com - OTHER PRINTERS HP Smart), where victims see a “Install Printer Driver” button.
Clicking this button triggers a pop-up asking for personal details (phone number, name, email, etc.). Scammers then call, impersonate HP, and insist on computer remote access to “fix” the issue.
