Additional information about this scam: they misrepresent themselves and claim over and over that they are the real HP and that will fix my problem for free.

Who Called: Hewlett Packard Tech Support
They said that they were going to refund me for a broken HP printer because it would take too long for a replacement to be in stock. The refund “accidentally” was for $20,000 and supposedly went directly to my bank account. He transferred me to a “supervisor” who wanted me to go to my bank and withdraw cash to reimburse them the over payment and deposit the cash in a bitcoin account.
