During the last week I was wondering about my safety because I don’t want to go to jail because of scammers
So if someone could please tell me a list of things to use like vpns and more to stay safe during these operation I would appreciate that.
Greetings
(Sorry for my english)
Always spoof your caller id
I wouldn’t worry about going to jail.
I just had a scammer tell me he was transferring me to the FBI. After a few seconds he transferred me to another person with an Indian accent who said he was an FBI agent and was tracing the call and coming around to arrest me in the morning. I could clearly hear the scammers in the background (saying things like press the windows key and the letter R at the same time) while the ‘FBI Agent’ was talking to me.
Don’t worry if they say they are calling the FBI, police or tracing your phone number. The scammers are always trying to scare baiters away.

@AussieScamBuster#12430 Thank you for your reply. Do you think that I can use those scammers (and their pcs) to test some “attacks”?
@Okoy#12434 Lol, Lots of people use scammers PCs to test all kinds a malicious programs, its quite funny, although whether you do it or not is up to you.
@Okoy#12434 I agree with Ron_Harrison, you can, it’s up to you.
@AussieScamBuster#12430 Just wondering, scambaiting is perfectly legal, right? I really don’t want to go to jail at my age…
@ppqq1#12441 Most scambaiting is legal. It depends what you’re doing during scambaiting. Technically RATing might be illegal in some countries, but scammers are highly unlikely to do anything about it. Simply calling them and wasting their time would be legal.
@AussieScamBuster#12442 All I do is call and waste their time, I don’t RAT them. Thanks for the info.
@ppqq1#12447 Same here.
@AussieScamBuster#12430 Yeah, that’s right. Plus the Scammers would never get the Police involved because, well, they would be exposing themselves!
Yeah I agree, you definitely wouldn’t go to jail, if anything they should be there now!
