you should:
get a phone calling app (i reccommend textnow)
a vm (virtual machine, use this so they dont wreck your real computer if you got one)
MAYBE a vpn (changes your ip so if they get raged they wont ddos you)
you can use this site, bobrtc, the discord server or the r/scamnumbers subreddit
thing you could do: either you can act professional, follow along if you want to see what they do (not on a real computer of course), or troll them

I’d recommend starting off small, like on SSA scammers. A voice changer is a must, whether you use the one on bobrtc or get an external program. Once you’re familiar with scammers you can consider getting a virtual machine (vm) and going onto tech support scams.

Welcome to being a kid with a desire to annoy scammers.
All I can say is plan your fake identity each time. Write on a piece of paper your ‘name’ and details, just use a fake name and address generator. Don’t let your real name slip out.
Protect yourself against anything; don't give any personal information that might lead to them finding your social media accounts for example.
Remember that you're dealing with criminals.
Like said, I think you should start with just phone scammers then try tech support with a VM.
A VPN is highly recommended.
If anything gets too much then hang up. Nothing they say means anything to you.

i would use your real voice as scammers will often jump on the oppurtunity to scam someone they think is scammable , example
My parents are coming back tomorow and i watched porn on the computer now its blasting the death message and if my dad finds out i am FAAAAR in a lotta trouble . I have dads credit card here , i use it for pizza and uber its ok !
And most important NEVER give real info always use fake name and all info fake use Social security generator number (on internet) always use textnow or 2nd line …NEVER use real phone number … welcome grasshopper 
use Filezila for access them websites and PuTTY for remote connection.
Using a VPN is a good idea; but be prepared if a tech support scammer goes to google and searches what is my IP address vpn? That will show them you are using a VPN. Be prepared to explain why.
