How to reverse the connection to a scammer’s pc?

Hello,
I have seen scambaiters like Jim Browning, Scammer Payback, ReconScammers, Sven, NeeP, Scambaiter and others get access to the scammer’s systems, and call flood them or get access to their CCTV.
Does anyone know how they do this?

You can’t do that without permission. You have to become friendly and ask them for permission.
