Decided to write up a guide after lurking for a few weeks.
Step 1 - Go into Google and type up "Tech Support Australia". You will notice that these numbers look like legit numbers from legit companies, and they are. Once you start to scroll the pages, this is where the jackpot gets hit.
Step 2 - Look for domains that are very long, and have a company name in them. Lets take Quickbooks for example. Quickbooks is an accounting application that I don't give two shits about. I found a scam number on Google with the domain - "https://quickbooks.supportnumberaustralia.com.au/" As you can see, they use a popular company or application called Quickbooks, and place a subdomain after it calling themselves "supportnumberaustralia.com.au".
Of course, the number redirects to a call centre in most likely India, just like any other call center. They ask for your name, and give you a support key, to remotely connect to your PC. Don't let them do that.
