Scammer set up random number generator on IVR.
You have to press correct number to proceed to agent.
I use an automated program to call, so I cant press the number myself.
Ideas?
You have to pass the audio direct to a text to speech engine to extract the digit sounded off and then recycle it back in to a DTMF command. It’s advanced programming to get it to work in real time.
Another solution is to find the audio time index (like if the "Press 1" happens about 5-8 seconds in) from call answer to when the prompt happens, clip that part of the audio and send it off for translation and then get the answer to press the digits.
When it gets to that point instead what I sometimes do is tear off a bunch of tabs into separate windows so I have several DTMF keypads up and available to click on at the same time and roll the calls. Has the same effect and it defeats their random IVR
