@foryoujustcare#117701 In order to add a phone number to the BobRTC phone book, your account has to have 580 XP or more. This precaution was put in place so people who wanted to abuse the service could not quickly make a new account and immediately start adding bad phone numbers again if they were initially banned etc.
Sorry for the inconvenience, although you can earn 580 XP fairly quickly.
