Available credits … so they go by hoe many calls they get that is on credit ? So you call and VM comes on hang up and repeat … Does that use up thier credits ? Or when they pick up the phone it uses thier credits…?? How many credits do they get per line??

that entirely depends on what carrier and what plan they use
when they run out of credits, that means they have went over their usage limit, and can't use the phone system
that can happen with or without a voicemail, on tollfree and nontollfree lines
