Additional information about this scam: Incoming calls and messages are forwarded to these numbers, how should I remove these scammers from my Business phone number.

You misinterpreted what they said, they are having their calls forwarded to a number they aren’t receiving a call.

Going to message him my advice as I don’t want to educate scammers viewing this site.

Du is the carrier, ring abilities…hmm…I don’t think so but I use WHO app, it really helps in identifying parasites as otherwise, the app you suggested does not operate here.
