I want to play a series of pre recorded voice recordings on a phone scam call. I’m not able to find something online that works.
What program can I use that can accomplish this and that works with Windows 10?
Right click on the little speaker thing in the system tray then select “Open Sound Settings”. Scroll down to where it says “Input” then look for a drop down list that says “choose your input device”. It will probably say something like “microphone”. Look for an option called something like “stereo mix” and change it to that. Anything that comes out of your PC speakers will now be sent to any application that is trying to use the microphone.
