This is the first scam of this sort that I have come across. There is an actual Housing Development named this in Pennsylvania. This is a duplicate of that exact housing company. Not only did they duplicated but they must have stole the announcement from the real place. This is the first time I’ve run into Americans. Not quite sure we just gave me yet only hard that they have made order gullible people fall for it and take it security deposit and never call back. Only gullible people would fall for this but the number is 724-539-3224. Good luck
