I just called there and spoke to Charles. I told him that I had a large mishap at my house, it’s all fixed but I need a home warranty. I told him that I was the winning bidder on eBay for a tsunami, after it was delivered, I dropped the box and my house got washed away. He said “I didn’t even know they could sell that stuff on eBay, is your house all fixed now?”
I went on with this absurd conversation for several minutes. I don’t know what it takes to phase these people, but an eBay tsunami apparently was not enough.
