Scammer sent me a “time sensitive” letter similar to the one pictured below, informing me that the property’s “home warranty may be expiring or have already expired.” The number is active, and the company does business as “Home Warranty Division.”
According to User Reports, the scammers have also hit the states of Hawaii, Illinois and Massachusetts.
