Additional information about this scam: They asked for my landlord by name, and it is about House Disrepairs as well as boiler repairs and window repairs and I have been getting loads of spam calls from these numbers lately. There is also +44 1635693354, +44 1235635015 and +44 2037695935
My landlord has a management company in place that deals with all this and I have contacted the management company who says that they have no dealings with them at all.
