HMRC SCAM ? Do I report things like this here?

Hello There, New to this page so I’m hoping I do this right.

Received a text from +447931 018 799 Text said the following

HMRC: Your Tax refund from year ending '2019' is still pending. Please visit our secure link https://hm6i-self-form.com/hmrc?h=2 to process.

I haven't phoned or tried going on the link provided. Looks to be absolute Bull, but thought id let one of you have a play.

Would you mind letting me know if this is the right place to post something like this.

That URL is down. And the number is also down HMRC scams don’t normally stay around for long. As the uk gov soon finds them and removes them.
