@megab#131115 Typical script, but wanted everything - name, address, phone number, CC#/expiration/cvv… all of this up front before doing anything just to “verify” my information - which he supposedly already had in his system! I told them I wasn’t going to give the CVV to allow charges until they actually did something to fix my router. Never asked what router, or even what the problem was - just kept assuring me that he could indeed fix it, regardless of what the problem was!
