Would not suggest doing that… If you have zero experience. If the phone company that you use don’t like you spoofing numbers they will pretty much remove your accounts.
Butbthere is legitimate reasons business may spoof numbers to appear local for whatever reason they may have. Do you know of any apps/providers that offers changing CLI?
