I want to scambait by pretending to be a scammer. I want to track down money mules. I want to track down scammers.
And I successfully have. I have got scammers to expose tons of information about their operation, download malware that blocks their access to VoIP software, and so on… but I don’t want to do it by myself, so I want someone to do it with me.
It is stressful sometimes, and sometimes it is rewarding. If you do scambaiting because you think it’s funny to say weird things to scammers or like to take your anger out on them, I don’t want your help. I do scambaiting because I feel a need to save a victim from a scam.
Hey @AngelFat . I do both. I do a lot of tracking and reporting and I find it a release to mess with and vent my frustrations on call-centers with whom I have little other recourse.

I got a couple mules from PCH scam … I call victims too I too want to help victims. I feel especially for elderly people
being here I feel like I protect those who cannot protect them selves. That my main reason.
