I didn’t spend as much time as I could have with this one. But it seems this company which goes by a few different names is running various tech support scams. I called and asked if they were HP, the agent I spoke with (Adam) paused for a second and then seemed to deflect my question stating “We do provide support for those products”. This company seems to instruct their agents not to disclose being affiliated with any specific tech companies but instead say that they provide “support” for it. I told “Adam” I had an issue with my printer. He immediately wanted remote access to my computer without even attempting to troubleshoot the issue over the phone (something a legitimate company would do). He instructed me to go to a website of theirs and install screenconnect.

The money mule for this scam seems to be someone by the name of Sahil Miglani
Someone who has already had a court case filed against him for running popup scams in 2019.
