The phone line (Google Voice) and JivoChat web chat seem to be unattended, very much outside of regular U.S. business hours.
Their b.s. disclaimer page About Us | Printer Tech Reference says
“To avoid confusion, it is important to clarify our role:
-
We are not a customer support agency.
-
We do not represent any hardware brand (like HP, Canon, etc.).
-
We do not fix printers remotely or take control of your computer.
-
We do not sell software or drivers.”
And yet this is the “setup” page that leads inevitably to the fake error above: Printer Tech Reference | Independent Educational Guide
Note the trademarked HP logo in the upper left, etc.

Looks like they already disabled that web page, quick work…
But on the same IP address (not necessarily the same organization) we find:
And probably many more…
Another site with the same template advertised on Google Search today:

612-314-9536 (Google Voice): I spoke to a sad little man who said this was “support,” but then said this was “not the support” and that it was the number for a “store” that sells “all the products.”

Seems like these scammers are still active, even on a Sunday, as they’re now advertising the Hostinger domain hewlettprints.com, which at the time of writing displays a “Deployment Not Found” error associated with vercel.com, indicating that the scammers are clearly generating fake websites through the use of AI.
I have looked at the filings for Hebron Educational Services Private Limited and traced their operations back to the F floor of the Gali Mahavir Enclave in the Palam Village of southwest Delhi, India under the directorship of Sangmi Lee (DIN: 08126770) and Rukhmani Devi (10684465) since June 26, 2024.
In regards to pc-connecthub.com, the advertisers for their specific domains appear to be registered on Google under the identity of “PC-ConnectHub Educational Service.” Their general website also doesn’t do much good, as they falsely claim to simply be an “independent educational resource” that is “NOT affiliated with any printer manufacturer or brand.”
However, their website is still configured to scam Americans through their Terms of Service page. Yet, the scammers aren’t taking calls or even properly responding to live chat.
They are very skittish and quick to deactivate their web sites. I’ve been encountering similar, possibly related “printer setup” scam sites that use the same template for a while, but most of the time they get replaced by the “dummy” content (sort of generic PC tech troubleshooting info) before I can even take a screenshot.
Their skittish behavior honestly makes it easier for them to make mistakes in the process, and I will gladly use these mistakes to track the scams back to the source.
