Indian scammers trying to sell “additional health insurance for senior citizens”. They are phishing for people’s personal information and such and are trying to target elderly people. An obvious scam. I called them and got humans at 11:52 AM CST.

Thank you! And yes, these are known scammers. I personally have been fighting them for months! They also go by “Medicare Rewards” and “Benefits Advisors”. You can also try 234-217-3653. Same scamming organization but you’d have to go through a dumb bot to get connected to these scumbags.
Another number that just worked is 308-365-6988. Same scammers but they have a dumb bot asking “are you are interested in a great offer etc?”. If you go through the prompts, a real person answers. I got humans at 1:20 PM CST there.
Lady scammer asked me if I had an account to pay my fees. I said, “I go to the bank to pay my mortgage”. She asked me for my age and my birth year and I said, “I am 72, and my birth year is 1949”. I probably did my math incorrectly LOL 
. She also asked me if I had a medical account (this thing called mecca or something). I said, “No I don’t have an account”. She grew hesitant again. I led her to a point where she didn’t know what to do. She hesitantly talked with me whenever I challenged her. Oftentimes these scammers expect the opposite responses of what I said, which would’ve made it easy for them. Please challenge them as much as possible.
All are great points! I play along with them to a certain point. Then, I would ask: “Are you aware that you are engaged in illegal behavior on so many levels? Also, why do you think that calling people from ever-changing spoofed numbers and harassing them non-stop is going to make them trust you or fall for your scam?” This is when they are usually infuriated and start yelling or tell me I called them, so they are not breaking any laws. Yeah, apparently, calling nonstop people on DNC, phishing for their Medicare, DOB, SSN and address AS WELL AS impersonating legitimate businesses and government entities is somehow perfectly legal in their world. What’s messed up is that these particular scumbags are Americans, based on how they sound.
