[AMERICAN] “Laura” answered whilst being on the phone with another man asking how she can (supposedly) help without actually identifying who I’d reached company wise etc, but as she answered mine she quickly ended it with him. The man then called back with the same (888) number going “Hello? Hello”?. I did not reply to both. I hung up on the Lady as a matter of fact.

Complete criminals lying and putting lives at risk. My “Aetna” id member number is fake, I made it up but she miraculously found it… bitch.

I conferenced the two numbers together, and the agents appeared to have operated out of an office on Cypress Road in Florida. To protect their privacy, the recording will not be posted.

I just wasted 30 minutes of their time, and they are vile!
The last guy actually stayed on the phone with me, trying to explain why they do this, and blamed corrupt governments and billionaires.
