I’ve seen a bot like this used to rope people into a scam. It’s a local number:
It says it's from a Gail Stewart, but the bot on the line is called "Tom". Also I called this number back, and the ring-tone changed from what I would normally expect to one that sounded recorded...
I also did a backtrack via the white pages and it came up as Gail Stewart.

I'm not sure this is the individual doing the scam himself, but if someone does manage to get this 60 y.o. individual on the line he should be told his number is being hijacked by a scammer.
