I called and they are offering gift cards and ‘plastic cards’ if I answer a few questions.

Impersonation, a scammer transferred me to other numbers and they are just cosplaying to get sensitive details.
Two scammers gave me the real names of licensed brokers with their real NPN numbers.
I am unsure if these brokers are “in” on the scam to get the kickback of signing up people for ACA (each broker gets an average of 20 a month for each people they sign).
