Additional information about this scam: These guys call and when you call them back they answer as “Health and Human services”, then they offer you a debit card loaded with $845 to be delivered in 7 days if you talk to ACA and sign up.
THEN, they impersonate a real US health broker while they dial the healthcare.gov line so you can speak with them while THEY LISTEN. These scammers will listen in while the ACA asks for your SSN and other sensitive info.
