Has anybody been getting these “funding” voicemails?

There have been some numbers that call me from time to time but after 15 seconds they hang up and if I don’t answer, they leave me a voicemail

For example: Hi this is Amelia Cooper from patriot tax just to let you know you earned this money so call us at (this is a patriot tax voicemail number) 855-979-1050. picture of the voicemail:
