"Hacking" spam email

Got the following from a scammer to my personal inbox:

The bitcoin wallet, per blockchain.com (https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/19A5rdrxb4MREtyGWo944uRoNDBxBPNNG8) shows that he/she definitely has gotten some people as the account has around 4.5k USD in the account. Some additional information that Google was able to grab was some metadata from the email itself, no idea if it'll be useful for anyone:

Per mxtoolbox.com, it tracks the IP back to RADIUS TELECOMS, INC. (AS55821) when reverse lookup is used. But anything more than that just leads down a rabbit hole of nonsense information. Do with this information what you will, but that's all I have.

Out of sheer curiosity I looked at the BTC wallet again, almost $8k now. Guy must be making bank. Too bad there isn’t a way to report these things to the network or anything, at least not that I’m aware of.
