Hacked social media, need help reporting

Hello all,

Does anyone know how to report abuse to Windscribe?

An IP 161.129.70.22 logged into my account at 17:53:08 UTC, 20th November and harassed many contacts, resulting in my college being informed.

This IP belongs to Windscribe and I need help reporting it. Thanks.

I couldn’t find any contact info on windscribe’s website, apart from [email protected], which they tell not to use for support.
