I’m still getting the “locked out, contact support” message. And for new accounts it still shows the following message:

I think the first post is misleading. FireRTC is back and it’s free sounds like that it will be free in future, too.

However it has always been free up to this point but FireRTC will be paid in future.

Also it’s not fully back as currently you cannot create new accounts.
