Additional information about this scam: over the past weekend I keep getting calls about dept refund for taxes and / or credit card. it clams to be a government back dept relief program, and to urgently call the number. when I call I get a lady answer said she is in California, and can help if if I have credit card or tax dept. she had an accent, maybe India. This has all the hallmark of a scam. I and putting the number out to see if people want to check it out. if I get time later this week, I might have to have one of my personas call them up, thinking Walter my 65 year retired, on social security. 
Commio line, could be a Pakistani call center.
