I called 5/21 @ 8:00 pst. Lady took my information and will call me tomorrow at 3:00 pst with a tech online
I then called her back pretending to look for the mcdonalds corporate number and she spent 10 minutes listening to me complain about a terrible experience I had that day and she looked up the corporate number for me.. She had noted my caller ID# and reminded me who that she worked for GotGlitch and that we had an appointment. I apologized and she was very friendly.
