Got a mail from the same sender yesterday

I am in the California branch of USA FBI.
Someone has opened bank accounts on Chase Bank, Citi Bank, Wells Fargo using your identity documents.

I baited the scammer with the California template.
I got their IP details from a Grabify link that redirects to a photo of my fake ID. Here is a (zoomed out) screenshot:
I also looked up some more info here.
Update: The link was clicked again about an hour later, and the only difference is the IP
The new IP is 105.112.36.113
