A member of my family fell for the tech support scam. They remoted into her machine. Do you know if McAfee’s GetSusp will detect and remove what the scammer installed? She needs to change her passwords, but want to make sure they can no longer access her machine first.

press win+r, type appwiz.cpl then find any remote support or unusual software and remove it, run malwarebytes after just to be safe, mcafee isnt very good.
