I do not know if this is a scam or not. It seems to be a subscription-based/membership-based place (see below).
There is the URL getrenttoown.com with the phone number (888) 596-4702.
They have negative reviews on Better Business Bureau’s site.

Where did you get 805 202 5023? I looked it up in Google but did not find anything about it.
I am not sure about any of the phone numbers you posted in terms of any or all of them being scams. I could call but I am not looking to rent to own (haha).
This time when I called 850-970-0978 a woman answered as GetRentToOwn. She gave me the URL at my request, the same https://www.getrenttoown.com/ website. I asked her why she is not at the website’s phone number since the website says “Questions? Call: (888) 596-4702” and I asked her to stay on the line while I call (with my other phone number in my other hand) the 888 596 4702. I asked the woman who answered 888 596 4702 if the 850-970-0978 is one of their numbers and she looked up in her system and she said the 850 970 0978 is NOT one of their numbers and she said their numbers only begin with (866) and (888). By this time the lady on 850 970 0978 had hung up. I informed the lady at 888 596 4702 that the number 850 970 0978 is pretending to be GetRentToOwn. She said 850 970 0978 has NOTHING to do with GetRentToOwn.
So 850-970-0978 is a SCAM.
What a surprise, huh?

When I called the website’s 888 596 4702, I only asked about the 850 970 0978 and I did not try to “bait” them to see to where the call would go were I to want to rent to own. The website does seem to allow someone to register and login, though the website says that customers must subscribe to be able to get the info from the website. Personally I am not sure if the 888 596 4702 is a scam, but the website’s 888 596 4702 said that 850 970 0978 is NOT connected to the website GetRentToOwn.

I did not call 888 596 4702 from my TextNow but I did call from my TextNow the 850 970 0978 several times to harass them. I just received a text msg on my TextNow from 75142 and it says:
Thanks for the call. Here is the special offer from GetRentToOwn: GetRentToOwn: Contact Us to find out more about Rent to Own Listings in your area
I see the link does not have the SECURE PROTOCOL HTTPS.
When I put that URL into a browser it resolves to the website URL, though of course I am not going to click anything or enter anything on the website:
It looks like this website that must be connected to 850 970 0978 since I had called it from my TextNow number, and it looks like they are using the same GetRentToOwn logo and font color and such.
They just spammed texted me bullshit we. Site changed my # gonna call again
