Their new USA Tollfree number in Ringba Network. I am trying to track their network and report them. Please help me with that

They are also running fake scam microsoft centers for Germany and UK too. Tracking is in progress, will get that numbers in a short while.

Please suggest me how to register an complaint on them, I have strong evidence of Skype chats, Identity Proofs of them, so we can legally register a complaint on them and show them something special
