Hello!

Please don't scam bait this number, it's to a legitmate company in American Fork, UT USA. We have received tons of prank phone calls this morning because of this post. Some entity is spoofing our DID list. Looking to resolve - Anyone else know of a good way to search the rest of our number pool with this website? Seems to have just started this morning.

If someone would like to speak with me, you can look up our number on soundconcepts.com and ask for me to confirm.

Just trying to stop the amount of prank calls coming in and tying up our agents from helping real callers.

@BryanSoundConcepts#81625 Please send us an email with all details also about your business to [email protected]

Thanks

Sent as requested. Let me know how else I can help.

@NeeP#81633 This post should be removed. Can confirm it rings SoundConceps even tho their site has a diff number listed.

@Philmuhcrackin#81646

Thanks Phil,

We have 107 DIDs for our company, the number on this pop up scam is for one of our clients, when one of their users contacts us, we know it's a caller contacting us about this client.

@BryanSoundConcepts#81663 @Kaeseluchs#81552

So I looked into it and it seems the US number (country code +1) belongs to Bryan however the number posted by Käseluchs was about the German number (country code +49) so there was a misunderstanding on the scambaiter’s side I guess.

Käseluchs, please make it clearer in future that this is a German number by using the correct formatting +49 <number>. To make it even more clear you can use '**' before and after the number to write in bold as you can see in thread starting post where I already changed it.

Thanks and we are really sorry for the inconvenience Bryan. Our community is obviously not after legit businesses and we try to minimize false positives by having moderators checking numbers.

I called the real number, Ukrainian girl speaking German. LMAO. I’m calling outside of their business hours. Tomorrow I’ll receive a callback from her “technician”.

@NeeP#81675 It’s all good man, being an IT Admin, I applaud the effort on this site and condone it’s purpose. Things can be mixed up, I am just happy to work with a great Moderator team to correct any issues we may be receiving because of this post.

Thanks again guys!

@NeeP#81672 @BryanSoundConcepts#81695 I’m terribly sorry for this inconvenience! I forgot to add the country code to the number I posted so that people called your number instead of the scammers one (which is a german number)…

From now on, I will re-check every information in my posts before publishing them.

Best wishes

I called this number. I almost started my flooder. but when i spoke to this lady. He sounded legit. Why did someone put their number on that popup? @BryanSoundConcepts#81695 Am sorry for calling you guys. We are good people not bad people.

@mavericklunarv#81801 No, the number is actually correct however you have to predial the German country code +49 as this is a German number. +49 8007238446

@NeeP#81803 Thank you.
